Rev. Dr. Randy White is the Director of the Center for Community Transformation at FPU Biblical Seminary. He is the Founder of the Fresno Institute for Urban Leadership, and the author of Encounter God in the City: Onramps to Personal and Community Transformation (IVP, 2006), as well as many other books and articles.
